We’ve packed our signature Surf Trip with everything you need for an unforgettable adventure—surfing, activities, and loads of fun. We can tailor this to suit you so if you want to stay longer, just ask!

  • Enjoy a full week by the sea. We can create longer or shorter packages on request.

  • Wake up to a filling and healthy breakfast to get you energized for the day of surfing.

  • Every day, immerse yourself in 2 hours of pure passion for surfing, with all the necessary equipment included: from the surfboard to the wetsuit.

    In each course, we merge theory with practice, accompanying you on an adventure that goes beyond the waves.

  • The villa itself is fully equipped with surf boards and wetsuits to use and are included in your package but feel free to bring your own if you wish.

  • We’ll help guide you to good options but as our guests come from all over the globe, we don’t include flights.

  • We highly recommended taking out travel insurance. Most insurers do cover surfing but please double check.

  • Yoga is a practice that complements surfing perfectly since it contributes both to improving technique on the board and to avoiding the stiffness caused by long surfing sessions. In Latas Surf you will find 3 types of yoga sessions on offer to later all needs.

  • Surf the asphalt and improve your technique with our skate or surf-skate classes. The duration of the session is 1.30 hours and includes the equipment.

    The classes take place at the Loredo skate park.

  • Choose to eat with us at the villa. We adapt our menus to satisfy all tastes, including vegetarian and vegan options, and we are prepared to cater for any food allergies or intolerances.

    Our chef has conceived an exquisite Mediterranean menu, carefully thought out to nourish you with quality ingredients, many of them from local producers.

    The culinary experience goes beyond simple food. Discover the variety and freshness of our Weekly Menus, designed to complement your energy after an active day.

    Santander Airport: Just 20 minutes from our surf houses is the Seve Ballesteros-Santander Airport (SDR). This airport has 19 destinations operated by 5 companies, including domestic flights to Madrid and Malaga, as well as international destinations such as London and Rome.

    Bilbao Airport: Approximately 1 hour from our accommodations, the Bilbao International Airport (BIO) is located. This airport offers services to a total of 30 destinations operated by 14 companies, covering flights to domestic destinations such as Seville and Valencia, as well as international routes such as Amsterdam and Paris.

  • Feel free to bring your furry friend along for just €5 extra a night.

  • Want another session in your day? Practice what you learnt in you lesson and hire a board our for €10.

  • Enjoy 2 hours of free surf practice with an exclusive videographer during the session, followed by a video analysis with one of our professionals. €100 per person.

  • 2 hour private lesson with a highly qualified surf instructor: €80 per person.

  • Receive 2 hours of personalized instruction in the water with a specialized surf instructor by your side, accompanied by an onshore videographer. €120 per person

  • Our surf hostel combines daily surfing lessons, the option to do extra activities and plenty of downtime to relax and soak in the atmosphere. Expect to learn or improve your surfing skills, enjoy delicious meals, explore and adventure around each destination with extra excursions and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful setting.  

  • Absolutely! Our experienced instructors cater to all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers. We’ll ensure that everyone feels safe and supported in the water.  

  • Each camp varies slightly but will typically include:  

    •⁠  ⁠Accommodation  

    •⁠  ⁠Daily surf lessons

    •⁠  ⁠Surf equipment (board, leash, wetsuit, etc.)   

    •⁠  ⁠Breakfast

  • Flights are not included. Depending on the camp, transportation from the nearest airport or meeting point can be arranged.

  • No problem! Just let us know and we will make sure we don’t share any photos of you. We can still get some epic shots for you to take home with you if you want. 

  • Here’s a recommended packing list:

    • Beach towel

    • Sunscreen + Zinc (reef-safe) and sun protection

    • Casual clothing and flip-flops

    • Hat and sunglasses

    • Reusable water bottle

    • Any medication you may need

    • Sturdy shoes for walking 

    We provide all necessary surf equipment, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.  

  • Surfing is an active sport, but you don’t need to be an athlete! We recommend being comfortable swimming in open water and having a moderate fitness level to make the most of your experience. However if it is your goal to overcome certain fears of water we will be more than happy to help guide you through the week. 

  • Nope! We can provide high-quality surfboards and wetsuits for all participants. If you’d like to use your own equipment, feel free to bring it along just let us know. 

  • Yes! Depending on the camp, activities may include yoga, hiking, skateboarding, or local cultural experiences. Details will be provided in your itinerary.  

  • Of course! Free time is built into the schedule so you can relax, explore, or maybe even have another surf. 

  • Safety is our top priority. If conditions aren’t ideal for surfing, we’ll adapt the schedule with alternative activities, such as surf theory workshops, yoga, or drive along the coast until we find a good spot. All surf camps are different and it depends on each individual camp.

  • Definitely! Our instructors are experienced in teaching beginners. You’ll start with the basics and progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.  

  • Our retreats are designed for adults ( 18+).

  • Please refer to our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions for details. We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.  

  • Absolutely! Many of our guests join solo. It’s a fantastic way to meet new people and enjoy a shared adventure.

  • Yes! We would love for you all to join us. Just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you as best we can for your sleeping arrangements.

  • Your safety is our top priority, which is why all surf instructors hold an ISA, BSA, FPS, or appropriate license.

    To ensure nothing goes wrong in the water, all surf instructors have also completed lifeguard training.

    Talking about technical things
    - we were guided in the best surf spot of the island
    - everyone had the chance to surf and to progress, beginner (first-timer) were already reading and surfing their own green wave after 5 lessons.
    Intermediates were practicing turns to follow right or left-handed waves
    - theory class to understand the forecast, wind, swell, priorities, currents etc.
